Dan, our plant manager, is the great-nephew of our founder and first owner Harry, and has been working at Hillside for nearly 30 years. He has seen many changes come and go and wears many hats on the farm besides overseeing the production lines: conducting tours, coordinating our shipping, organising inventory, and making sure no one has to work too late the day before Christmas, our busiest shipping season.
